Grapefruit - Citrus paradise for weight loss

Regular use of citrus protects the body from the absence of enzymes, vitamins and mineral salts in the winter. Grapefruit, also called paradise citrus, possess excellent properties in obesity, atherosclerosis, hypertension, decreased digestion.

 Grapefruit is suitable for fruit diet and a great source of vitamin C - strengthens the immune system. The fruit is rich in fiber and satiate hunger, but with fewer calories. Citrus fruit accelerates metabolism and reduces insulin levels.

Most of this element is contained in seafood, mustard, chicken and eggs. Recent studies have shown that selenium reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer.
