Caffeine + L-Teanin = Perfect mood and focus
Caffeine
Caffeine intake will give you quick energy burst before training, but also can increase muscle strength. But studies have shown that caffeine, even at doses of less than 100 milligrams, also raises awareness, improves concentration, memory and overall cognitive function.
L-Teanin
You may know this amino acid as a component in tea that relaxes the body. Many people use theanine to relax at night. Taking theanine anytime of the day can stimulate brain function. A study published in cash from American magazine "Appetite" in 2010, found that when people consuming tea with caffeine added theanine, are significantly - better in cognitive tests.
How to combine them?
Take 100 to 200 milligrams of caffeine and 100 to 200 milligrams of L-theanine at any time of the day you need to stimulate brain function - during the operation when learning or before gym to improve your focus during exercise.

Incredible power of caffeine
A recent study by scientists from the United Kingdom including 320 regular training athletes showed that converts about 400mg of caffeine 45 minutes before workout are 78% more efficient and productive than non use.
The study published in the newspaper "Strength and Conditioning" indicates that the subjects consumed caffeine before exercise were able to do two more reps in the series, compared to placebo.
We recommended intake of 200-400mg of caffeine before a workout or taking pre workout formula (nitrogen booster) containing caffeine 45 minutes before exercise to increase strength and endurance.
Adding a few more reps or the rise of a few pounds working weight can make a huge difference in how you look!

Building muscles in the morning
When you wake up in the morning, your muscles are in danger. Your body literally eats only muscle mass, because not all night ate. To feed the brain, the body converts amino acids to glucose by the muscles. The fastest method of preventing this process is to take as soon as possible after becoming rapidly digestible protein. No more easily digestible whey protein, so you can start by taking 20 grams of it. More in a minute it will stop the breakdown of muscle.
It is better to add 5-10 grams of branched chain amino acids (BCAA) to your whey shake. BCAA are three amino acids - leucine, isoleucine and valine, which are the most important amino acids for muscle growth. Since these amino acids are absorbed immediately, they go directly into the muscles, where help stop muscle catabolism.
The good news is that morning testosterone levels are at their highest peak for the day and you can use this to your advantage. To maximize your anabolic effects of testosterone levels, take 2-3 grams carnitine to increase the amount of testosterone receptors in muscle cells.
Try to avoid caffeine in the morning.
A recent study found that caffeine in the morning coffee maintains high levels of cortisol. Caffeine can connect with other chemicals in coffee that significantly increase cortisol, which in turn increases the breakdown of muscle. In safe to take caffeine supplements in the morning to avoid a rise in cortisol.
It is good practice to start the day with a multivitamin complex. Now much research shows that after heavy workouts body depletes its stock of micronutrients, which in turn slows muscle recovery and growth.
