Method of execution
➡ Adjust the seat to the proper height and choose the proper weight. Place your forearms on the pads and grasp the handles. This is your start position.
➡ Make the movement by bending at the elbow, pulling the bottom of the upper arms.
➡ Take a break on top of the movement and then slowly return to starting position.
➡ Avoid the return of burden entirely original position of the appliance until you complete the whole series to keep constant tension on the muscles.
