Benefits of grapes

For thousands of years grapes valued for the most nutritional value and be used as medicine.

It is known that the Egyptians consumed grapes over six thousand years. Yes,grapes are meeting for a long time in our country. It is not only extremely tasty, butgreat for our health.

Grape seed contains carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, polyphenols, flavonoids andother useful substances. Take for example flavonoids. These are very powerful antioxidants that can protect the body from oxidative damage. These antioxidantsare 20 times stronger than vitamin E and 50 times stronger than vitamin C.

Therefore, high levels of flavonoids, purple grape juice is much richer inantioxidants than orange juice for example.

One of the biggest benefits of grape seed is the content of procyanidins. They represent an important defense against premature aging.
