Pushup by handstand

Method of execution
1. Stand facing against the wall
2. Place your palms on the floor as close to the wall
3. Kick back with one foot in the frog position with his feet propped up against the wall
4. Take a breath and tighten your stomach
5. Start by folding down movement at the elbow joint
6. Lower controlled without stooping to
