The good news is that you can easily catch up with the exercises even in your hotel room. You can easily burn fat and build muscle using only furniture in the room.

1. Turn your bed and chairs in fitness equipment. Use the edge of the bed as a gradient of doing push-ups. This way you stretch your muscles in the front and tighten your back. For more intense training fitness experts recommend using a chair as a tool for push-ups.

2. Create your own workout. It should include exercise, load all parts of the body - squats, push-ups, crunches and more. Choose exercises that are up to 15 repetitions each and play them in this order: lower, upper, lower, upper, abdomen. Repeat the entire sequence three times.

One of the exercises can be squat, by adjusting the leg should be shoulder-width apart. Another relevant exercise is jumping in which the extension of the legs, lifting your hands up, and then uncrossing legs to the starting position, arms at your sides. Sit on the ground with legs straight and your feet should be "standing" on the side of the desk. Then use the power of your hands, lifting your entire body off the ground. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds and then switch to the next without a break.
