Beverages for weight loss

  Ice cold water
It will burn extra calories to your diet - between 250 and 500, if you drink 8 to 10 glasses of cold water a day. Your body will burn calories to heat the cold water drunk by your body. German researchers have found from studies that approximately 2 additional cups of cold water to the required amount daily can boost metabolism by 30%.

 Diuretic drinks
They released fluid from the body and cleanse your body of toxins. But do not go overboard with them, not to become dehydrated. And remember that they are in addition to required at least a half liter - two water per day.

 Skim milk Milk is rich in calcium, which promotes weight loss by disrupting fat cells.
