5 healthy foods for breakfast


Full breakfast is a must if you want to be active and energetic throughout the day. Because of our busy lives often overlook breakfast and skip straight to lunch.
1. Grapefruit, bread or crackers with almond oil. 
Almond oil is more useful than a peanut.
2. Fresh fruit salad. Chop apples, melon, berries, oranges, pears, bananas, grapes, etc. To spice use lemon juice or yogurt.
3. Oatmeal, strawberries and almonds. You can add a little cinnamon and honey. If you prefer milk, choose skimmed. This snack is rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats. Delicious is not time consuming.
4. Eggs with vegetables. Cook eggs in olive oil and add them to the vegetables: peppers, onions, broccoli, etc.. Add the spices. You do not have to give up bread slice.
5. Cottage cheese with fruit. Mix cottage cheese in some kind of fruit: apples, citrus, raspberries, strawberries, etc. You can also add 1-2 tablespoons cream.
