Lose weight 5 kg for 3 days with cheese

The diet is held for a period of three days, but the result is amazing - 5 lose weight.
 
Here's the menu for three days:

 Breakfast consists of an egg. After three hours eat 150 grams of cheese, but low fat. Can afford and tea. But then should not consume any food. You can drink mineral water. Sugar is forbidden. Do not sweeten tea.
 Since the this diet involves fewer calories, it should not be practiced more than 3 days.  
 Before to undergo this diet, however, consult with your doctor.
