Honey

Honey includes many organic acid enzymes unless they make a pleasant taste, improves digestion. In addition, it is rich in many minerals, the most valuable of which are iron, copper, zinc, magnesium, cobalt. All are essential for hematopoiesis. In its composition, honey contains many vitamins in sufficient quantities. Honey is really very caloric but 1 tablespoon fully satisfy the daily needs of the common man. The best time for taking honey is early morning fasting alone or with a glass of milk (or yogurt) and also with fresh lemon or grapefruit. A best in quality honeys are linden, acacia, buckwheat. Interesting fact about honey is that traditional medicine is also used as a laxative (100 g honey with warm water on an empty stomach) and sleeping ('50 honey 30 minutes before bedtime). A spoonful of honey will give you about 60 calories, but agreed this morning on an empty stomach will help to increase metabolism, balance hormones and fat burning.
