2. Buckets with weight 5 series 8 reps
3. 6-8 series 8-10 reps

5. Biceps folding with dumbbells 4-5 series 8-10 reps 

6. 5 series 8 reps

7. Concentration curls - Biceps Exercises 4-5 series 8-10 reps

8. 5 series 10 reps
