Diet is observed two weeks, with alternation two options.
Spring diet with long lasting effects - Option 1
Breakfast: herbal tea or mineral water with lemon 2 green apples
10:00: 2 rusks, spread with cottage cheese, 1 cup of lemon juice
Lunch: lettuce, 1 cup cooked rice or buckwheat 150g grilled fish, 1 egg
16 hours: 1 boiled potato
Dinner: vegetable soup with 1 rusk
Before bed: 1 cup low fat milk or herbal tea
Spring diet with long lasting effects - Option 2
Breakfast: 1 slice of bread with a slice of lean ham, coffee with skim milk
Lunch: baked potato or stewed cabbage with a little chicken
Afternoon snack: Snack: a few natural chocolate bars
Dinner: 200 grams of chicken or fish with green salad
Chocolate, ice cream and other sweets can be eaten once every two weeks, and then in the first half of the day. Alcohol is prohibited, allowed only a glass of white or red wine.
