Cranberry - super food and food supplement

Today most characteristic blueberry is that can prevent urinary tract infections. Intake of 300 ml of cranberry juice a day reduced by half the risk of cystitis. Fruits of cranberries prevent urinary tract infections by bacteria, and the same goes for supplements with blueberries.

The most useful and delicious, of course, fresh blueberries. When selecting fresh cranberries, they must be juicy, with deep red color and rigid to the touch. Cranberries can be refrigerated up to 20 days. Option blueberries can be stored and frozen up to a year, and do not forget to label the label with the date of freezing.
