Biceps folding machine

Method of execution
Adjust the seat to the proper height and choose the proper weight. Place your forearms on the pads and grasp the handles. This is your start position.



  Make the movement by bending at the elbow, pulling the bottom of the upper arms.

Take a break on top of the movement and then slowly return to starting position.

Avoid the return of burden entirely original position of the appliance until you complete the whole series to keep constant tension on the muscles.
