Fast workout for abs

Instead of widely description of general principles for the load of the abdominal muscles we offer you a strong and burning workout that you can do 2-3 times a week for 6 weeks to turn your abs into tiles. This, of course, will be the continuous that you follow a good diet and getting enough sleep. Stop your mouth and start with the load ... now:

Rest for 20 seconds and start again. Do this 2-4 times a day, 2-3 times a week and you will see wonderful results.
